


Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) – Building Strength, Focus, and Confidence
Our Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) program is a dynamic and educational (1) hour physical education experience designed especially for homeschool students. This class combines techniques from Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to create a well-rounded approach to fitness, coordination, and self-discipline.

Through structured lessons, students learn fundamental movement skills such as balance, agility, and body control — all while developing confidence, respect, and perseverance. Each class includes age-appropriate drills, partner activities, and exercises that promote teamwork, focus, and goal-setting.

Our curriculum emphasizes safety, respect, and personal growth. Students are guided to use their skills responsibly and to approach challenges with a positive, growth-oriented mindset. Hip-Hop & Breakdance – Creativity, Coordination, and Confidence in Motion
Our Hip-Hop and Breakdance program is a fun, energetic, and educational hour long art and movement experience designed for homeschool students. This class introduces students to the fundamentals of hip-hop dance, breakdance, rhythm, and freestyle movement, all while encouraging creativity, confidence, and teamwork.

Students learn age-appropriate choreography, musicality, and body control through guided exercises that promote rhythm, coordination, and expressive movement. Each class blends structured technique with creative exploration, giving students the tools to express themselves artistically while improving fitness, balance, and focus.

FitFun & Games – Fitness, Friendship, and Teamwork in Action
Our FitFun & Games program turns physical fitness into an exciting, engaging experience designed especially for homeschool students! This hour long class combines partner exercises, strength and conditioning activities, and friendly competitive games that keep students moving, laughing, and learning together.

Each session is packed with creative challenges that build endurance, coordination, balance, and teamwork. Through partner and group-based activities, students develop essential physical skills while learning the importance of cooperation, communication, and sportsmanship.
